  1. Having assembled some of the Clever Models card stock structures, I can honestly attest to the ease of construction, great detail (the kits are already weathered) and the kitbashing possibilities.

    • Couldn’t agree more. It amazes me when someone says something like .. “Oh. Cardstock. Only good for away from the edge of the layout..” .. it irritates me. To me .. paper/card is just a material. So is wood, styrene, resin, plaster etc. They are tools to use. To not .. take advantage of what cardstock offers is just plain silly!

  2. Ed, you always take the models farther which is how we hoped people would use them.
    Ive been thinking about the forced prospective thing as well. i have build some dio’s that way for special effects shots. The biggest issue I find is the angle of view/height which effects the perspective. It would be a natural for a city scape in a corner.

      Yep. I was thinking that you need constrain the view .. like down an alley .. or between two buildings. You would need some kind of view block so that you .. the viewer was limited to seeing the forced perspective from one and only one place.
