Section II – Part III

Jig Tank End Walls
Jig Tank End WallsThe Jig Tank is constructed much like we did the Supply Tank. Start with the end walls, framing in the Jig Tank Vertical Support (short) and Jig Tank Vertical Support (long) on the inside. Again, the boards are flush with the 12″ x 12″ timbers and flat against the flooring. Adjust the width of the last boards on top so they sit flush against the bottom of the upper sill.
Jig Tank Blocking
JigTankBlockingThe 2″x10″ blocking/nailing strips is secured against the end walls, flush with the boards/Support timbers.
Jig Tank Sides
JigTankSides.. and again as was done for the other tank, the sides are secured against the nailing strips and against the inside sides of the Vertical Supports.
